Align database architecture with enterprise and security standards. Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server environments. Perform regular backups, restores, and recovery testing. Monitor and optimize database performance, indexes, and storage. Use tools like SSMS, Redgate, Idera, and SolarWinds to monitor and resolve performance issues. Troubleshoot slow queries, deadlocks, and system alerts. Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure uptime and system health. Manage user roles, permissions, and access control. Ensure compliance with data security, backup, and disaster recovery policies. Support data integrity, consistency, and redundancy control. Strong expertise in T-SQL and PL / SQL. Experience with SQL Server, SSMS, and SQL Server Agent. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Redgate, Idera). Strong understanding of backup strategies, recovery models, and high availability configurations. Knowledge of ETL processes, scripting (PowerShell), and cloud platforms (Azure SQL) is a plus. Proven experience with data modeling and database design. Ability to enforce standards and mentor development teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Leadership in standard enforcement and process improvement.

Job Summary :
Reliance One is hiring for one of our clients seeking an experienced Senior Database Developer / DBA to design, manage, and optimize complex database systems. This position involves SQL and PL / SQL development, database architecture, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability and data integrity across enterprise systems.

- Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL / SQL scripts (procedures, functions, packages).
- Support developers with efficient query design and troubleshooting.
