Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into internal databases and systems
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and verifications
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data
- Communicate with internal departments to clarify information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required
- Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas and deadlines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plusProven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar roleFast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)Familiarity with data entry software and database systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsWant to be considered for this opening immediately?
