job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity. Observe and report any unusual situations, hazards or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors and contractors while maintaining a visible presence. Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and / or client representatives. Assist with emergency evacuations, drills and other site-specific protocols as needed. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Job Description
As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol in Columbus, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure atmosphere. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to maintaining order while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site.
