Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.

Job Summary :

• Reporting to department supervisor of focus factory 300
• Responsible for direct department oversight and productivity in working lead capacity
• Assist in training and troubleshooting of production equipment for all new hires and operators
• Set up production equipment and ensure optimal operation and quality
• Communicate department changes, critical actions, maintenance needs, quality issues, best practices, and regular reporting to appropriate persons
• May be asked to participate in candidate interviews and on-site evaluations including direct feedback to hiring team
• Uphold facility safety and cleanliness standards
• Other tasks associated with production needs including projects in partnership with supervision, management, planning, engineering, quality, etc...
