About The Role

What you will be doing : We are excited to add another Install Technician to our team! Reporting the HVAC Lead, the HVAC Installer will be responsible for completing high quality installations while developing their skills to advance into more senior roles. We're looking for someone that is energetic, organized, hard working and passionate about making things better. You embrace a team ethic and are capable of being self-directed to solve challenging problems to ensure a successful customer journey. Other responsibilities include though are not limited to :

Big Things :

• Install and commission residential Air Source Heat Pump systems â?? high quality, on-time, on-scope, and on-budget.
• Help train installer helper roles while delivering high quality installations.
• Help build and implement install and commissioning processes.
• Help support non-technical roles as a technical advisor.

Location

This position is based in the Denver metro area and requires daily localized travel to service and install locations.
