Recruiting Coordinator, Law Firm - $70K-$80K - DC

Our client, a global law firm with an office in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct hire Recruiting Coordinator to join their busy team!

Responsibilities :

• Support Summer Associate, Fall Associate, and law school recruiting efforts.
• Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings as needed.
• Prepare onboarding and orientation programs, collaborating across departments.
• Update the ATS and prepare interview status reports.
• Coordinate meetings and events surrounding recruiting initiatives.
• Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.
