Job Summary
To provide prompt and efficient executive-level administrative support for the Property Management department. This position will be part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a housing rental property.
Summary of essential job functions
This individual is responsible for administrative support for the functions of the Property Management Department and the Company overall.
Assist the Property Management team with tenant administrative needs, including but not limited to creating new resident packages, triaging calls and emails to appropriate departments, and adjusting & reviewing sensitive tenant data.
Greet Guests in a friendly manner, and handle correspondence, and incoming mail, including confidential materials, professionally and expediently.
Supporting the refund of security deposits and filing for gov’t housing tenants.
Photocopying, faxing, scanning, and file administration as needed.
Must be proficient in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel. Use of various software packages and visual aids to produce accurate documents, presentation materials, charts and graphics (type, proof, organize, design, create fonts, layout, etc.) within established deadlines.
Greet visitors, screen incoming calls, schedule appointments, maintain calendar, and play an active role in organizing and prioritizing its activities.
