Job Title : IT Project Manager- Migration & Change Management
Location : Multiple locations across the US.
Hybrid Role. 3 days onsite - 2 days WFH
Compensation : Hourly Salary $40 - $45. (Full-Time, 40 hours / week)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end migration projects, including planning, execution, testing, and post-migration support
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support user adoption and minimize resistance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business units, and external vendors
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure data integrity, system compatibility, and business continuity throughout the migration
- Lead stakeholder communications, training plans, and feedback loops to foster engagement
- Monitor project performance and change impact, adjusting plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security protocols, and regulatory standards
Qualifications :
Proven experience managing IT migration projects (e.g., cloud, ERP, infrastructure)Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)Financial services / Wealth management industry experienceExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
