Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our team at GSS MN Blackduck Northern Pines . This part-time role involves working 8-hour day shifts from 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm , including every other weekend and holiday.
Your Responsibilities
As a Nursing Assistant, you will :
- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Deliver age-appropriate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
- Support residents with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and walking.
- Create a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
- Document resident interactions and communicate any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
- Help maintain a clean and operational living environment through housekeeping and laundry services.
- Encourage resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.
