Salary Range : $62,400 - $79,040 DOE

The Billing Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate project billing, reconciling contracts, and supporting both internal teams and external partners. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment-particularly with experience in construction or project-based billing.

Overview of the Billing Specialist Role :

• Prepare and compile billing packages in accordance with contract terms, including lien waivers, AIA forms, and schedule of values
• Submit billings through client portals and ensure timely, accurate documentation
• Investigate billing discrepancies and process corrections as needed
• Reconcile contracts and billing, ensuring consistency across documentation
• Collect sub-tier lien releases from vendors
• Support Accounts Receivable team with various ongoing and ad hoc projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned
