Base Salary + 10% annual target bonus.

Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor and take charge of a fast-paced, high-volume, automated operation where your leadership makes a direct impact. In this role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of warehouse operationsfrom receiving and storage to packaging and shippingensuring that goods flow efficiently, space is optimized, and safety and compliance are top priorities.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, storing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage inventory accuracy by accounting for all materials, auditing incoming goods, and maintaining precise records.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow and warehouse space utilization.
• Ensure operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes, safety measures, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead and mentor a team of support-level associates to meet daily operational goals and maintain high productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated operational issues to keep work on track.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $63,100.00 - $101,000.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
