Accounting Manager

$80,000 annually

Monday-Friday / 8am - 5 : 00pm

A manufacturing of high-performance exhaust products is looking for an Accounting Manager to be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining compliance with local and government regulations. This hands-on role will work closely with our leadership team and production staff to support financial operations and reporting. Accounting Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the accounting department, including supervision of accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing functions
  • Oversee and maintain financial reporting processes within the ERP system, including cost roll-ups, variance analysis, and scrap reporting
  • Ensure timely compliance with city, county, and government paperwork and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with external CPA for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
  • Provide production reporting support and assist with financial analysis as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data (V-lookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Monitor company insurance policies and ensure coverage aligns with organizational needs

    • Accounting Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience managing an accounting department in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost analysis, and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
