Security Field Manager

Overview

Security Field Supervisor Position Available - Immediate Hiring. We are a rapidly expanding company in search of a dynamic and motivated Security Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of managing security operations across various accounts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee operations across multiple accounts
• Ensure the organization and staffing of all shifts, including covering unattended shifts as necessary
• Train new talent in the field
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure compliance and safety
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high security standards
• Cover unassigned shifts when necessary (day and night)
