Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tooling Technician in our Sylacauga, Alabama Stamping Facility. The Tooling Technician is responsible forensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities :

• Compute dimensions and tolerances to set up machinetools
• Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining
• Assemble / disassemble parts to test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation
• Directly work with suppliers to print, design, or build situations to ensure tool expectations are met
• Analyze manufacturing repairs and adjustments to formulate solutions in standardized situations
