Exact Staff is hiring for our client, a professional legal office located in Sherman Oaks. We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Assistant who is highly organized and ready to bring their skills to a growing team. This is an on-site position, not remote.

  • Paralegal Assistant – Sherman Oaks, CA
  • Location : Sherman Oaks, CA
  • Schedule : Monday – Thursday
  • Employment Type : Full-time, On-site
  • Pay Rate : $29.00hr -$35.00hr. DOE

About the Role :

The Paralegal Assistant will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients with a focus on probate work. Strong experience with probate cases is required, and estate planning knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient with transcription software, and possess excellent typing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to probate cases.
  • Manage files, documentation, and case deadlines in an organized manner.
  • Use transcription software accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for case tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
