Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting. Full-time opportunity. Home call is evenly divided among the team – the average is 1 : 12. Manage general, orthopedic, OB / GYN, podiatry, ENT, urology, peds, and endoscopy cases. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key. Princeton offers breathtaking views of the Appalachian Mountains, various outdoor activities, and a community-oriented lifestyle. The town's focus on green spaces and healthy living makes it an ideal location for nature lovers. Compensation : $50,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Salary ranging from $300,000 to $330,000 (W2 and 1099 options). Minimum additional call pay of $15,600. Extra Work Compensation Details : Extra Shift Daily Rate $200 / hr guaranteed Extra Weekday Call Shift – $450 Extra Weekend Call Shift – $675 2-hour guaranteed call-back rate per shift Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage. 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage. Generous eight weeks of paid time off annually. Annual CME allowance.
