Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve payment disputes, ensuring a seamless process for users

Conduct payment screening to detect and prevent fraudulent activities

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address payment-related issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, accounting, or a related field

Experience in payment operations, including managing payments, refunds, and ledger management

Familiarity with payment service providers such as Stripe and Adyen

Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to payments and fraud detection tools

Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
