Salary : $20-$26 Per Hour

Bonitz of Georgia is hiring a skilled Roofing Foreman. On a daily basis, youll lead a roofing team through supervision, training and coaching to ensure the team delivers a quality roofing system to the customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background providing training, leadership, fostering safety, and teamwork in construction projects with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the entire roofing process and team of 4 -5 crew members
• Ensure operations are running with the most recent production drawings
• Attend all meetings (pre-construction, handoff, safety, etc.) regarding assigned construction projects
• Timely communication of emails, text messages and phone calls with the project manager, superintendent and office support personnel
• Complete pre-construction reviews of plans, estimates and existing conditions
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects to meet goals, and complete jobs on time while ensuring both efficiency and quality
• Ensure all safety protocols are being followed
• Supervise, train and coach crew members and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications
• Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in-place, used in the proper manner, and properly maintained
• Maintain an accurate equipment & materials inventory
• Maintain a work environment that adheres to all company and OSHA standards
• Submit timely and accurate receiving documents, timesheets, toolbox talks, equipment reports, etc.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
