Essential Duties

The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to :

C How to measure pattern length under 40”

D How to inspect the quality of the carpet

E How to perform procedure for starting a new manufacturing order

F How to doff a roll

G How to perform housekeeping responsibilities Review all other work instructions associated with job.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

The following is a list of job qualifications and requirements for the job.

Topic Qualifications and Requirements

Education Must be able to read, write and possess basic math skills.

Physical

• Must be evaluated as normal on the Ishihara Test for Color-Deficiency.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and crawl
• Must be able to work in cramped areas
• Must be able to work with simple tools
• Must be able to stand at least six (6) hours of a eight (8) hour shift
• Must be able to stand at least ten (10) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift

Skills Must be a certified Mender

Experience Must have prior mending experience.

Responsibility Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality,

productivity, efficiency and housekeeping.

Training

Other Overtime is / may be required.
