What you'll be doing...

You are the internal advocate for our business customers. Your role is to build strong customer relationships that drive growth for Verizon while advocating for the customers' needs through collaboration with our internal teams. You'll drive online tool enablement and adoption, proactively develop strategies and solutions for complex challenges based on account analysis, maintain ongoing service improvements for accounts as well as de-escalate concerns and issues. All this requires excellent customer service skills, time management, strong positioning & negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong internal partnerships; including sales, information technology teams, contracts and finance to find mutually beneficial solutions.

• Analyzing data gathered and developing solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Analyzing Data or Information - Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates.
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Documenting findings of study and preparing recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
• Analyzing information to develop appropriate solutions.
• Planning, studying of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
• Providing Consultation and Advice to Others.
• Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. You must also be located within a 90-minute commute of the BGCO locations specified on this job posting.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the Maryland location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is : $60,000.00 - $98,000.00.
