POSITION SCOPE : The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Sr Manager of Fulfillment and Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the distribution center, ensuring efficient product flow, accurate order fulfillment, and timely delivery by managing staff, optimizing processes, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding safety standards within the distribution facility, all while aiming to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.

RESPONSIBLITIES : Staff Management :

• Hire, train, and supervise production associates including receivers, pickers, replenishment, and inventory control associates.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
