We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to aid in the installation, maintenance and repairing of machinery and equipment as well providing maintenance for the manufacturing facilities and offices.

Hours : 4 : 15pm - 2 : 15am Monday - Thursday

$3.00 shift differential

Essential Job duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance
• Repair pneumatic and electric hand tools
• Electromechanical repair
• Facility upkeep

Qualifications and Requirements :

Must be proficient in the maintenance and mechanical repair of production equipment as listed :

• CNC Punch Machine
• CNC Bend Machine
• CNC Milling Machine
• Mechanical Shear
• Hydraulic Press Brakes
• Pneumatic hand tools
• High Pressure wash systems
• Welder and lead repairs

Must be proficient in electrical mechanical maintenance including : 3 Phase Motors, AC / DC Drives, PLC, Hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Welding, is a Plus but not required.
• Assist with building and site maintenance.
• Good problem solving ability.
• Strong people / communication skills.
• Must be willing to be On-Call.
• The ability to work safely and maintain a clean working environment.
• 2-year experience in Industrial maintenance.
• Qualified candidate should have a 2-year associate degree in engineering / Technical Field or time equivalent job experience.
• Hands on approach with Troubleshooting and experience on industrial machinery.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
