- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including mail merges and pivot tables, to process and analyze data.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize workflow and organization.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Support team members with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to company standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions such as pivot tables and mail merges.
- Solid experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
