Position Summary :
We are looking for an Analyst - Plant IT Systems to play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing locations by delivering reliable, secure, and innovative technology services. This role ensures that plant and local office teams have the tools, systems and support they need to work effectively, efficiently and safely in a fast-paced production environment.

Where You'll Work :
This role will be based out of our Lawton, MI manufacturing plant and regularly supports our office in Berrien Springs.
What You'll Do :
Provide leadership in the delivery and support of Deliver and support key plant technology services including access control, security systems, and audio-visual capabilities ensuring secure and reliable operations across all facilities. Candidate will also provide support for across all manufacturing facilities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Lead the coordination and implementation of all IT Service Management initiatives for Welch's Lawton and Berrien Springs facilities, ensuring reliable performance of computers, printers, AV equipment and other essential technology assets
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot a range of hardware assets including desktops, servers, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, handheld scanners and other peripherals to maximize uptime and user productivity.
- Oversee daily management of toolsets such as ticketing, asset management, image / deployment, patching, backups, endpoint protection and security to safeguard system integrity and compliance.
- Provide advanced support with a diverse mix of software and applications including Windows desktop and server, M365 Suite, Active Directory ensuring seamless integration and optional performance.
- Manage and support plant systems including barcode scanning hardware and other IT / OT services including support of evolving farm / grower technologies
- Partner closely with manufacturing facilities to provide critical IT support during annual harvest operations, ensuring uninterrupted workflows
- Collects and analyzes user feedback to define service needs, translates requirements into actionable IT solutions, and continuously improves service quality and user experience.
- Develop cost estimates, prepare project plans and provide input into technology investment decisions to ensure projects are aligned with business priorities and budgets
- Creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, guides and standard operating procedures to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.
- Manage IT projects from inception through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of new technologies, on time and within scope, while collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders

Minimum of Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field required.3+ years of professional IT experience, with a strong preference for IT Operations, Infrastructure, IT Support or other technical IT areas within a large / complex organizationExperience providing IT support in a manufacturing environment strongly preferredPrior experience working with a managed services provider preferredExposure to Operational Technology (OT) experience is preferredProven skills in IT Infrastructure, project and process managementAbility to commute regularly and support multiple local plants / offices in the Lawton, MI areaAbility to support a 24 / 7 manufacturing operation, including providing off-hours, weekend, or on-call support as needed to ensure business continuityWillingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% to support business and plant technology needs.What You'll Enjoy :

This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Welch's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus plan.#LI-OnSite
