Key Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day configuration, administration, and support of our core HRIS system (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data, conducting regular audits and developing data governance procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support HR and business leadership needs.
• Provide timely and effective end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, and guiding HR professionals and employees.
• Manage HRIS security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
