💼 About the Role

As a Systems Integration Analyst , you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity across our enterprise systems and applications. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to support system integrations, manage data flows, and troubleshoot application issues - all while helping The Rapid operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade enterprise-level applications.
• Design and implement system interfaces and integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and APIs.
• Create custom reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, and support helpdesk tickets.
• Document integration processes and support procedures.
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
