A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant, Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare them for dispensing
Compile and analyze data related to prescription refill processing and provide administrative support to clinical staff
Required Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy
Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D, HIPAA, and CMS security requirements
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license and a nationally recognized Medical Assistant certificate
