Role Overview
Senior IT Systems & Automation Engineer will serve as a key individual contributor across our business systems, applications, and infrastructure. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity (6 months initial contract) , intended to evolve into a foundational long-term role at Moon.

Play a foundational role in shaping IT and automation strategies at a fast-scaling company while working directly with the founder and leadership team, influencing company-wide efficiency and innovation. What you'll do
Qualifications
5+ years in IT systems engineering, business systems administration, or related roles. Startup or high-growth experience is a plus.
Deep knowledge of IT systems, SaaS administration, and workflow automation.
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-accountable and process-driven. Agile and quick to respond to urgent business needs.
Excellent communicator who can translate technical solutions into business value.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal direction.
The pay range for this role is :
130,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Turnbull Office)
