Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in EzLynx.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Return all phone messages promptly..
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Experience : A minimum of two years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must speak Spanish.

Problem-Solving : Proven ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions efficiently.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

Customer-focused : Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.

Time Management : Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.

License, prefer willing to train. Licensing assistance is available.
