Phenix Trucks & Van, a leader in the automotive truck manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Departmental Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality truck bodies and components.

Reports to : Production Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Oversight : Supervise and coordinate all activities within the production department. Ensure timely completion of manufacturing processes with a keen focus on quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers. Conduct performance reviews, provide training and development, and manage workforce planning.
• Quality Assurance : Uphold high-quality standards by overseeing production processes, conducting regular quality checks, and collaborating with the quality assurance team.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvements and work collaboratively with the engineering and management teams to implement effective solutions.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety regulations and conducting regular safety training and audits.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of materials and components for uninterrupted production.
• Production Scheduling : Coordinate with the planning team to develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal productivity and meeting customer deadlines.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve production issues swiftly, minimizing downtime and maintaining production flow.
