As a Clinical Director of Nursing Leadership, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to our patients.
Responsibilities : Strategic Planning : Develop and implement short- and long-term goals for nursing services, aligning with organizational objectives.
Clinical Practice : Foster a culture of evidence-based practice, promoting best practices and research-informed decision-making.
Staff Development : Design and deliver educational programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance staff competencies and career advancement opportunities.
Talent Management : Recruit, select, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team.
Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in leadership roles.
Master's degree in Nursing or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
