Job Description :
The ideal candidate will have experience working in long-term care settings, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Supervise and direct the care provided by other healthcare professionals.
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's requirements.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Demonstrated knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
