Key Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot common HVAC issues such as bad capacitors, clogged drains, and thermostat failures.
• Work with various HVAC systems, including SC, HP, WSHP, gas furnaces, and mini-splits.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to diagnose and repair system issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service options and equipment replacement.
• Properly quote equipment replacements and discuss recommendations with customers.
• Maintain daily communication with the office and document work using ServiceTitan.
• Be punctual for all company-mandated meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including working from 12-foot step ladders and 28-foot extension ladders.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization, including routine maintenance.
• Own and maintain required HVAC tools (vacuum pump, torches, etc.).
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Maintain a weekly efficiency rating of 60 percent and an average service ticket of $300.
