Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and problem resolution for field service questions
Support the sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge and skills in data network and voice solutions
Experience in needs analysis and producing strategic, cost-effective solutions
Capability to translate complex technical design requirements into understandable information for customers
