A company is looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment strategy and coordinate candidate sourcing with hiring managers
Conduct pre-screening interviews and manage interview scheduling across departments
Maintain recruitment tracking logs and manage candidate communication from offer acceptance to onboarding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or business services
2 years of experience organizing job fairs and building relationships with workforce development organizations (preferred)
Experience managing high-volume recruitment using an ATS / HRIS
Strong organizational skills and commitment to professional compliance
