Client Development Associate (Inside Sales)
About the Opportunity
Extension is seeking a Client Development Associate for a direct hire opportunity with a leading healthcare real estate consulting firm headquartered in downtown Milwaukee. This is a newly created role due to company growth and offers the chance to join a collaborative, high-performing team in a beautiful, modern office near the Fiserv Forum.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about inside sales, business development, and the real estate industry. You’ll be joining a team of two and will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Support sales and investment professionals in executing marketing and sales strategies.
Conduct research, generate leads, and perform outreach to prospective clients.
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
Make cold and warm calls, send emails, and follow up on leads within an assigned territory.
Schedule meetings and prepare background materials for client interactions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track key performance metrics.
Stay informed on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred (Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field).
1–3 years of inside sales or business development experience.
Previous experience with CRM.
