• Offering Pay-per-Visit Rates - $35.00 per point - $27.00 base rate
• Offering flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement and referral program

Mountain Home Health Services provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in Georgia and North Carolina. We are growing in the Blairsville, Georgia and surrounding county area, and looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse PRN to our home-health, clinical field team.

Overview

As a home health LPN PRN, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting. The LPN administers skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence as prescribed and in accordance with the established plan of care. The LPN is also responsible for timely documentation and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
