Vice President of Production – Residential Roofing (National Operations Leadership)

Allstar Services is hiring a Vice President of Production to lead large-scale residential roofing and exterior remodeling operations across the U.S.

We're expanding into new markets and need a proven construction operations leader to build the field production model from the ground up. You'll develop scalable processes, recruit and train local teams, and ensure every project is delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Build and launch production systems for new roofing markets
• Hire, train, and mentor production managers, field superintendents, and project staff
• Drive performance through clear KPIs – job cycle time, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Manage subcontractor and supplier networks to ensure market capacity
• Partner with Sales to streamline job flow from contract to completion
• Ensure all roofing and remodeling projects meet brand standards, budgets, and safety requirements
• Travel to oversee multi-site production operations nationwide

What You Bring

Base Salary : $150K–$180K
