Join an award-winning Technology PR agency as the Senior Vice President of Public Relations in B2B Technology. This is a remarkable opportunity for a forward-thinking leader with 13+ years of experience in enhancing team performance and delighting clients. You will play a crucial role in driving new business development, strengthening agency infrastructure, and advancing our core business initiatives. This position allows you to be a mentor and a guiding force for account teams, ensuring excellence in client management, staff development, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the primary strategic client advisor.
  • Develop coherent strategies for clients and projects consistently.
  • Serve as a trusted counselor to top executives at leading technology companies.
  • Drive key business cornerstones, including superb client service and improved operations.
  • Expand revenue opportunities within existing clients by offering strategic marketing and communication solutions.
  • Lead pitches to acquire new clients, aligning growth goals with compensation.
  • Deliver multi-channel solutions through integrated teams, incorporating traditional PR, digital, and social media.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and quality learning.
  • Mentor and develop staff collaboratively and supportively, monitoring performance and setting objectives.
  • Participate in industry events to maintain professional growth and build networking opportunities.
  • Ensure client services are profitable, managing account budgets and staff performance effectively.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of communications experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven capability in building relationships with top-tier media and achieving high-impact placements.
  • Extensive writing and editing experience across various print and online media.
  • Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns.
  • Leadership experience in managing comprehensive communications and marketing programs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and excellent judgment.
  • Proactive decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in measuring PR effectiveness and ROI on communications activities.
