The OPTIM Community Manager will serve as the primary liaison between residents, property owners, and community events, and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements and property regulations. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of our Chandler, AZ property, including tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor management, to maximize resident satisfaction and property performance. By implementing strategic community engagement initiatives and maintaining open communication channels, the manager will enhance resident retention and contribute to the overall success of the property portfolio. This position requires a proactive leader who can balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer service to uphold the company’s reputation and growth objectives.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years experience in property or community management within the real estate rental or leasing industry.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with local housing laws, fair housing regulations, and leasing procedures.
