What will be your role
- Join our inclusive, diverse team and work on exciting consulting projects across various functional areas and topics (e.g., M&A, Business Transformation, Growth Strategy, Network Design, etc.).
- As a valued member of our international team, contribute to high-impact analyses and recommendations for our customers.
- Be a trusted advisor for top management within the Americas region, for DHL business units and customers across sectors.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop new strategies for our customers' business models.
- Take early ownership and responsibility within a project team, with autonomy and recognition.
- Apply creative thinking to shape innovative business ideas that make a real impact.
- Engage in open communication with senior leadership and present ideas to key decision-makers.
- Shine in one of our Practice Groups (e.g., DHL Express, DHL Supply Chain), Sectors (e.g., Technology, Consumer & Retail), or Focus Topics (e.g., Sustainability, Growth).
What you bring to the team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.Academic records including test scores and professional records showing dedication and talent.Engagement in social causes, sports, or other interests demonstrating a well-rounded character.International work experience or study abroad background; global perspective enriches the team.Diverse background and experiences are valued for new insights.At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g., consulting, strategy, finance, or project-based internships).A solution-oriented, creative, and resilient approach to challenges.Strategic approach and outstanding presentation skills.Team spirit, collaboration, and an inclusive, supportive workplace mindset.We offer
