Imagine Learning offers flexible work arrangements across the U.S. and internationally. U.S.-based employees located in or around Tempe, AZ (HQ), Austin, TX, Petaluma, CA, Rock Rapids, IA, or Bloomington, MN, typically work on a hybrid schedule at one of our office locations.

The Senior Product Manager facilitates and participates in problem and solution discovery, product design, implementation, and go-to-market for software solutions. This position works within the Product, Engineering & Design teams to help discover and define customer and user needs, jobs to be done, desired outcomes, and the priority of them as the team gathers more data and learns from that data.

This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Group Product Manager.

Base pay is anticipated to be between $108,688.00 and $160,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive / commission / annual bonus pay based on individual and / or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education / certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

This is a US-based position with flexibility for remote or hybrid work; candidates located in Tempe, AZ may choose to work a hybrid schedule from our headquarters office.

You can also expect up to approximately 10% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
