A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of 10-20 customer service representatives
Coach team members to qualify prospects and manage call center activities, including performance monitoring
Ensure employees receive appropriate training and resources, and assist with escalated calls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months of experience in a sales / customer service call center environment
Previous experience leading a team of 10+ employees
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
General understanding of workforce management
