Job Summary
The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the various branches and departments. This position requires a strong focus on relationship management, administrative tasks and communication to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess detail-oriented skillset with experience in coordinating teams and managing people effectively. This person will be exposed to many areas of the business quickly and will have the opportunity to move into other management roles if they choose.
Duties
o Answer service calls
o Create sales orders / jobs
o Coordinate and dispatch technicians
o Work up service jobs ensuring all costs have been captured and the customer is being billed correctly
o Have the knowledge to research parts for service and inspection tickets
o Order parts and issue POs to vendors
o Order equipment and call it off when it is no longer needed
