Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

The primary responsibility is to develop and manage complex consultant and broker sales, relationships and customer contracts. At a senior level this role will be expected to lead / manage larger region, acquire / retain revenue base.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals determined by company leadership
• Manage existing consultant and broker relationships and sales processes
• Monitor performance of consultant and broker network and improve key sales metrics
• Identify high potential consultants and brokers
• Facilitate and negotiate changes in customer contracts and accounts
• Resolve customer issues
• Travel to consultant, broker, and customer locations to foster relationships
