What You'll Do :

🧬 Learn and execute GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes with precision and consistency

📋 Complete training programs and maintain accurate, compliant documentation

🧪 Perform aseptic techniques including liquid transfers, tubing welding / sealing, and BSC operations

✅ Adhere to all applicable GMP, SOP, and GDP standards throughout manufacturing activities

🤝 Mentor new technicians by sharing best practices and supporting team growth

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience

✅ 1+ years of experience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including aseptic operations

✅ Skilled in sterile liquid transfers, cleanroom procedures, and use of welders / sealers

✅ Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and SOP compliance in a regulated environment

✅ Ability to perform accurate calculations (fractions, decimals, percentages, basic algebra & geometry)

✅ Comfortable mentoring junior staff and working in a collaborative, fast-paced team

✅ Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation
