A company is looking for a Global HR Business Lead North America.
Key Responsibilities
Advocate for business requirements within the global HR function and drive consistency on global policies and programs
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
Lead the full HR cycle for the division, including performance management, talent management, and employee engagement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years in senior HR roles, with at least 5+ years in a global HRBP role within complex, international matrix organizations
GPHR certificate or SHRM Sr. Certified Professional is preferred
Proven experience in leading end-to-end HR projects
Deep knowledge of HR processes and their integration within HR software and systems
