Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issuesConduct inspections to verify safety and performanceRecord maintenance work and parts usage accuratelyRespond to work orders and emergencies promptlyWork collaboratively to improve uptime and reliabilityFollow all safety standards and proceduresComplete other tasks as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Six (6) months minimum mechanical work experience documented in your application work history, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers)Rehire eligibility : after 90 days away, with fewer than three prior terms of employmentMust be 18+ with valid identificationWillingness to use basic hand toolsKnowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbingAbility to read / understand assignmentsAbility to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs up to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft, stand for long periods, and work in hot / cold or inclement environmentsSkill Focus
