What You'll Do : Help vets with animal restraint during exams and procedures Take care of kennel duties like feeding, walking, and cleaning Get surgical instruments and equipment ready for procedures Provide care for small animals before and after surgery Keep an eye on patient recovery and assist with anesthesia monitoring Skills You Need : Animal Restraint : Safely handle and restrain animals during procedures Kennel Duties : Experience in caring for animals in a kennel setting Surgical Preparation : Knowledge of preparing surgical instruments and equipment Small Animal Care : Understanding the specific needs of small animals Patient Recovery : Monitor and assist in patient recovery post-surgery Nail Trimming : Proficient in nail trimming for animals Walking Dogs : Ability to walk dogs and provide exercise Surgical Monitoring : Skilled in monitoring animals during surgical procedures Extra Skills We Like : Client Education : Ability to educate pet owners on proper care Anesthesia Monitoring : Experience in monitoring anesthesia during procedures Fear Free Certified : Certification in providing fear-free veterinary care Pay and Perks : Starting Salary : $30,000.00 Max Salary : $32,000.00 Benefits : Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Retirement About Just For Pets Animal Clinic : Just For Pets Animal Clinic has been serving the Knoxville community for over 10 years with a commitment to providing exceptional veterinary care.
