We are searching for a Logistics Specialist to join our Tentamus North America team at Analytical Food Laboratories in Grand Prairie, Texas ! YOUR MISSION

As a Logistics Specialist , you'll :

Shipping & Receiving : Process incoming and outgoing shipments, check contents against documentation, and make sure everything is packaged, labeled, and recorded correctly.

Inventory Management : Maintain accurate supply levels, track usage, and reorder before anyone's asking, "Where's the ethanol?"

Logistics Coordination : Arrange and track transportation for samples, materials, and equipment, keeping projects on schedule.

Compliance & Documentation : Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies for handling, storing, and shipping. Maintain accurate, traceable records at all times.

Operational Support : Help with packaging, labeling, and prepping items for analysis or shipment as needed.

Collaboration : Work closely with lab and admin staff to anticipate needs and resolve any shipping or inventory issues quickly.

Continuous Improvement : Spot inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to keep things running smarter and faster.

Other Duties : Take on additional logistics or operational tasks as assigned by management.

SCHEDULE

Full Time, onsite, M - F, 9 : 00AM – 6 : 00PM at Analytical Food Laboratories in Grand Prairie, Texas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely, without restriction or sponsorship, hold a High S chool diploma or equivalent - additional training in logistics or supply chain is a plus !

Other qualifications include :

• 2+ years of experience in logistics , shipping / receiving, or inventory roles.
• Familiarity with shipping systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in solving problems.
